Loclis GovCon AI

Your AI government-contracting department

Government agencies buy grounds maintenance, HVAC service, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, snow removal and janitorial services from small local contractors every day. Most never bid, because the paperwork looks like a second job. Loclis does the reading, the matching, the drafting, the checking and the tracking. You make every decision that matters.

Get ready, find, analyze, bid, win, perform, grow

The whole arc, in one place, from a company that has never written a proposal to a company on its third recompete.

  1. 01 · Get ready

    Know exactly where you stand

SAM registration, UEI, CAGE, NAICS coverage, certifications, licences, insurance, bonding, past performance, capabilities, equipment, staffing. Each one scored, each gap named, each gap paired with the specific thing to do about it.

  2. 02 · Find

    Opportunities that actually fit you

SAM.gov, Virginia eVA, GSA eBuy, SBA SUBNet, federal forecasts, local and regional procurement, plus anything you paste in yourself. Everything scored against your real profile, not against a keyword.

  3. 03 · Analyze

What are they asking, and what do I send

The solicitation analyzer reads the RFP, SOW, PWS, specs, attachments, amendments and Q&A, and answers the only two questions that matter. Every requirement comes back with the section it came from and the sentence it came from.

  4. 04 · Decide

Bid or no-bid, with the reasoning shown

Eligibility, service match, location, set-aside, contract value, requirements, certifications, licences, insurance, bonding, staffing, equipment, past performance, capacity, competition, deadline, proposal effort. You make the call. Loclis records who made it and why.

  5. 05 · Bid

A proposal built from your own record

Sections come from what the solicitation asks for, not from a template. Every paragraph is drafted from your profile, your past performance and your knowledge base. Where a fact is missing, the draft says so in plain language instead of inventing one.

  6. 06 · Check

Red team before the government does

Compliance gaps, unanswered evaluation factors, unsupported claims, weak references, page-limit overruns, unacknowledged amendments. Then a final submission check that says READY or NOT READY with the exact blockers.

  7. 07 · Perform

    Track what you won

Milestones, invoices, modifications, option periods, reporting and the recompete date. When a contract finishes, it becomes a structured past-performance record the next proposal can use.

  8. 08 · Grow

See the market you are bidding into

Who won similar contracts, for how much, which agencies buy this work, who wins repeatedly, and which contracts near you are approaching recompete. Public award data, kept separate from analysis.

It keeps working after you close the tab

Opportunity monitoring

New notices scored daily against your profile. Amendments detected by diffing the notice against what Loclis stored, with the compliance matrix rebuilt automatically.

Deadline calendar

Sources sought, RFI, questions, proposal, amendment, award, start, option and recompete dates, with reminder offsets you set.

Teaming across the Loclis network

When a solicitation needs a trade you do not do, Loclis finds providers whose profiles actually evidence it, and tells you exactly what is evidenced and what is not.

Ask it anything

"Can I bid on this?" "What do I need to submit?" "Who won the previous contract?" Answered from your own records, with links to every record used.

What Loclis will not tell you

No promise of an award

Loclis does not predict wins and does not guarantee contracts. A fit score is an assessment of how well a notice matches your recorded profile. Agencies award contracts. Loclis does not.

Not an eligibility determination

Loclis never asserts that you are eligible for a set-aside or hold a certification. It reports what your profile records and what it does not. SBA and the contracting officer make determinations.

Not legal advice and not an official evaluation

Every score, review and readiness percentage is a Loclis assessment, labelled as one. It is not a government evaluation and it does not replace legal counsel, your accountant or a contracting officer.

Nothing invented

Loclis never writes experience, employees, certifications, licences, references, projects, past performance or capabilities you have not recorded. Missing information comes back as missing, with the exact thing that is needed.

No underbidding advice

Loclis will not tell you to price below a competitor and will not tell you what price wins. It builds up your costs and shows you what agencies have publicly paid for comparable work. The price is yours.

Start with the readiness assessment

It takes ten minutes and it tells you the truth about where you stand, including the parts that are not flattering.
