Simple, and only when money moves.

Loclis makes money when a customer buys and a provider gets paid. Not before, and not from anyone hoping for work that never comes.

Providers earn credit against their fees for referring a customer to any eligible Loclis service — not only their own. Customers earn $20 for referring a friend.

Loclis operators can change the customer platform fee and the seller marketplace fee without a code change. This page always shows what is actually in effect right now, not a marketing number.

Questions people actually ask

Does Loclis sell leads?
No. Loclis has never sold a lead and does not intend to. A lead charges a business for the chance of work. Loclis charges a percentage of work that actually happened.
What does it cost a provider to join?
Nothing. Creating a Shop, listing services, appearing in Discover, appearing in Loclis Answers and participating in HomeCare are all free. Providers pay a 10% marketplace fee on completed sales.
What does a customer pay?
The service price set by the provider, plus a 5% Loclis platform and processing fee, with a $0.99 minimum. The full breakdown is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can a provider pay to rank higher?
No. Ranking is computed from verified reviews, completed jobs, verified credentials, response time and service-area coverage. The weights are published on every ranked page.
How do referral credits work?
A provider who refers a customer to any eligible Loclis service earns 7% of that transaction as provider credit, which is applied against their own marketplace fees. Customers who refer someone earn $20 in Loclis credit toward their own services.
What happens when a job is refunded?
Both fees are reversed proportionally. A fully refunded order nets Loclis nothing and costs the provider nothing.
